Delete your account & data

You can request deletion of your Baghdine account and all associated data at any time. Follow these steps:

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the same email associated with your account.
2. Write "I want to delete my account" and include your username.
3. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion.

Data that is deleted

• Your account (username, email, name).
• Your reviews, photos, and replies.
• Businesses you claimed or registered.
• Your device's notification token (FCM token).

Data that may be kept

Anonymized or aggregated data (that does not identify you) may be retained for statistics. If Iraqi law requires retaining certain records, we keep them only for the legally required period.

Timeframe

We complete deletion of your account and personal data within 30 days of the request.
