أسئلة شائعة
حمّل تطبيق «بگداين للأعمال»، سجّل حساب، وبعدها اضغط «طالب بنشاط» ودوّر على محلك. إذا نشاطك مو موجود، اضغط «سجّله». يظهر بحالة «قيد المراجعة» الى ان يوافق عليه فريقنا.
من تطبيق الأعمال، افتح نشاطك ← تبويب «القائمة» ← أضف الأقسام والأصناف مع الأسعار والصور. تحصل تلقائياً رمز QR مجاني لقائمتك تكدر تطبعه.
من تبويب «التقييمات» داخل نشاطك، اضغط «رد» تحت أي تقييم. ردّك يظهر للزبائن تحت تقييمهم.
تأكد إنك سمحت للإشعارات: إعدادات الجهاز ← التطبيقات ← بگداين ← الإشعارات ← فعّلها.

Frequently asked questions
Download "Baghdine for Business", create an account, then tap "Claim a business" and search for your place. If it isn't listed, tap "Register it". It appears as "Under review" until our team approves it.
In the business app, open your business → the "Menu" tab → add sections and items with prices and photos. You automatically get a free QR menu you can print.
In your business's "Reviews" tab, tap "Reply" under any review. Your reply is shown to customers beneath their review.
Make sure notifications are allowed: device Settings → Apps → Baghdine → Notifications → enable.
