Terms of Service

By using Baghdine (بگداين) — whether the consumer app or the business app — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Baghdine is a business directory for Iraq (restaurants, cafés, shops and more) that lets users discover places and write reviews, and lets business owners manage their presence, reviews, and menus.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity under it.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Using another person's account or impersonating them is prohibited.

Business owners

• When claiming or registering a business, you must be the owner or officially authorized to manage it.
• New businesses appear as "Under review" until approved by the Baghdine team, and we may accept or reject them.
• Information (menu, prices, hours, photos) must be accurate and not misleading.

Content you post

• Reviews, photos, and menus you post remain yours, but you grant us a license to display them in the app and on the web.
• Prohibited: fake reviews, offensive or illegal content, or impersonating other businesses.
• We may remove any content that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We strive for accurate information but do not guarantee it is error-free. Baghdine is not responsible for your dealings with listed businesses.

Suspension

We may suspend or delete any account that violates these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with an updated date.
